I’m Amanda Hatcher, a Certified Home Stager®, Design Consultant, and Certified Life Coach. I’m grateful to have built a business centred around helping people through life’s transitions by combining thoughtful design with compassionate support.
Over the years, I realized that my work was about far more than creating beautiful spaces. Many of my clients were navigating significant changes—downsizing, relocating, starting over, or preparing for a new phase of life. Through those experiences, I discovered that what people often need most is someone who can provide both practical guidance and emotional support throughout the process.
That realization led me to pursue formal coaching training at Rhodes Wellness College, where I deepened my skills in helping people feel supported, motivated, and confident during times of change. Today, that unique combination of design expertise and life coaching is what truly sets my services apart.
I’ve always loved the impact that thoughtful design can have on the way a person feels in their home. I enjoy finding creative ways to highlight the best features of every space while designing environments that reflect each client’s personality, lifestyle, and goals. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual’s needs.
As a mother of three, I’ve also gained valuable insight into resilience, adaptability, and personal growth—experiences that continue to shape the way I connect with and support my clients.
Whether you’re preparing your home for sale, moving into a new chapter, downsizing, or simply wanting to refresh your space, my goal is to help make the experience feel less overwhelming and more empowering. I look forward to helping you create a home—and a transition—that feels right for you.
Thank you.
Guiding you through life's changes with clarity, respect, & care.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS ARE SAYING
“After living on my own for several years I decided to sell my home and downsize. The first part of the transition was to stage my existing home, sell it and move on to the next phase of the transition all of which I had some serious misgivings about. We previously worked with Amanda, observing her keen sense of colour and texture, along with her eye for detail, as she had done colour and paint consultations with us that turned out great.
To begin staging the house for sale, Amanda went through each room & closet instructing us on how and what to declutter and reorganize—a major undertaking. She later returned to stage the house for sale which completely changed its appearance that in turn produced an excellent sale result. She was unafraid of changing her opinion when something didn’t look quite right—for her it needs to be right to achieve the desired look/result.
Next was the transition to my new residence which required downsizing and further decluttering. She was able to visualize what would work, what furniture I could use and what would need to be purchased. She then worked with me to do the final furniture acquisition and arrangement, picture hanging and arranging my “objets d’art”.
Amanda is a talented competent professional. She is very proficient at her craft, able to visualize the finished product, not afraid to express her ideas/concerns or admit when an idea doesn’t work. She is also easy to work with, efficient, patient and very willing to let you take the time to make the decision that is right for you and your home. I highly recommend her.
Amanda, thanks very much for all of your help, its greatly appreciated.”
